PLASTRULON manufactures a variety of flanged & wafer type plastic lined valves used for shut-off & flow control applications. Types of valves manufactured are Ball valves, Butterfly valves, Plug valves, Diaphragm valves, Ball check valves and Swing check valves.

Valves are generally designed as per ASME B16.34 with testing as per API 598 / EN 12266 standard. Valves may be provided as per ANSI / ASME 150 # or as per DIN PN10/16. flange drilling standard. Valves are supplied with a lever or handwheel for actuation. However, large size valves are generally supplied with a manual geared actuator. Valves may be supplied with a pneumatic or electric actuator on request. Locked lining is available for vacuum resistance.
