- Lining thickness is minimum 3mm for pipes, fittings and valves.
- Special care taken to prevent contamination of lining with thorough cleaning of items to be lined
- PTFE lined Pipes and fittings are provided with adequately higher lining thickness in case of heavy duty and vacuum service.
- Injection / transfer molded fittings and valves are provided with locked lining for safety against vacuum.
- Quality control checks are carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process on all raw materials and components. Material test certificates for major raw-materials provided.
- Routine calibration of measuring and testing instruments.
- All finished products are 100% tested
